I know alot of people have asked about uploading an avatar. If you are having trouble go to your piture hosting site. Resize your pics to the smallest size. It should be about 100x75. Right click your pic. A window opens up. Click properties. Highlight and copy the url. bring to your profile and paste in I have my own pic. Make sure to clear the HTTP// first
